What do Buyers Want Part 2

I know what buyers want because I have worked with so many of them. It changes from year to year and representing both buyers and sellers helps me understand both sides of a transaction so I can advise either on what to expect from the other.

What Do Home Buyers Want Part 1

According to PulteGroup Home Index Survey, the kitchen is the most important feature for buyers followed by the master bedroom.

And what features do they want in a kitchen. Just watch some house hunting shows on HGTV. They almost all want the same things: stainless appliances and granite countertops. Addition features would include a contemporary backsplash, island, tall cabinets and recessed lighting.

Good Photograph Makes a Difference When Selling a House

When consumers and other REALTORS are looking for just the right house; they view your house photos on-line and make a decision about whether it's worth their time to visit the house. If the lighting is bad, the color is off or the angle is unappealing, the buyer will pass and move on to a home whose photos look good. Good photography makes a difference when selling a house.
